They have 72 hours for you to file a return request, I received the printer on Friday the 3rd, I tried to use it on Saturday and then tried to submit the request it would not go thru, I tried to call them and they are closed on the weekend. I tried to go on to their website to file a complaint, I filled out the pages but the webpage would not let the submit page click thru. I did all the troubleshooting recommend by Epson and ran a printer test, and nothing printed, blank pages, it did not work. I ordered an Epson printer for 50.00, and once it arrived I took it out of the box and plugged it in (installing brand-new inks that cost 60 that are now not reusable) the printer did not work. I place an order with this company, which is from the vendor CHICKDUCKĪfter the order was received I get 72 hours to request a refund or post a complaint. I'm very upset that they won't allow me to share this information to others. I didn't mention names, use profanity or go against any of their rules. I left a review on Reddit and it was rejected by Mercari moderators. I tried to notify Mercari but there is no way to do that. You cannot review a seller if the transaction was canceled, so I have no way to let buyers know of my experience. She responded that her Fedex store still has the shoes and she would cancel the order. I informed her I called and verified the package was never dropped off and I wanted to cancel.
2 hours later I got a message from seller that Fedex contacted her saying the delivery was delayed. I responded to a recent email I received from Mercari on 3/2 saying it was shipped, and stated that Fedex only had a label created, but item was not received. Called them to see if they had the package and they said no. I kept checking Fedex and the shoes were never delivered to them for shipment, all the way up to 3/9, the expected delivery date. That was a long time to wait, but for the deal I was willing.
I ordered on 2/25, but the expected deliver was 2 weeks. I was please with my experience until I ordered a pair of new shoes a couple weeks ago. I've purchased a few items on Mercari, the first 2 were flawless. Great deals but sellers not held accountable
